The Amish Couture womens hair will be completely sleeked back and long. Praciticality dicatates hair off the face and the couture modern side will be mixed in with being able to show the full length of hair, juxtaposing the present day where Amish women have to tie their hair up. Hair will be completely natural in colour and not have anything chemical in it.
Mens hair will be left unkept ontop. Natural colours, curls and waves will be shown and with the men who have more practical jobs the sides and back will be shaved short, but if the mans job is less hands on it will be left untouched.
Makeup:
The makeup for Amish Couture will be very minimal and monochromatic with the colour white featuring heavily to represent the pure and basic way of life. For more extreme styles within the trend the element of sharp tailoring will be incorporated with sharp lines and shapes.
